I was expecting the wheels to have a bit more “give” in them but they are really hard. I will need to get used to them before I know how effective they will be long term.

Better than a normal roller in some ways

I might be using it wrong but it certainly does help to get into some new spots... better than a roller in terms of the angles you can get but be careful to balance - especially on the largest roller...

Skeptic at first but it works!!

Working in an office with poor posture really takes on pain by the afternoon. I have tried multiple ways of trying to relieve the pain but nothing has worked as well as the lotus wheels
